Directions from Bonners Ferry: 

Take ID Hwy 95 South. Make a right hand turn onto Homestead Road before you reach Athol. Cross the railroad tracks. Stay left on Homestead Road. You will see Northern Sky Road on the right, but turn LEFT onto Pee Pine Road (unmarked). Cross the cattle guard and make the first LEFT (google maps calls this road NF-2651) . Stay on the driveway until you end up at Twisted. You will see green painted tires on the way.

Directions from Coeur D'alene:  

Take ID Hwy 95 North toward Athol, ID. Continue north past exit to Athol about 1 mile. Make a left hand turn onto Homestead Road. Cross the railroad tracks. Stay left on Homestead Road. You will see Northern Sky Road on the right, but turn LEFT onto Pee Pine Road (unmarked). Cross the cattle guard and make the first LEFT (google maps calls this road NF-2651) . Stay on the driveway until you end up at Twisted. You will see green painted tires on the way.
