Rules and Waiver

Rules for Twisted Mud 'N Crawl Park

1. Helmets must be worn at ALL times when riding on ATVs or dirt bikes. Seat belts must be worn at ALL times while playing in any moving vehicles.

2. Always contact the park first to make sure it's open for that day or weekend. (Subject to be closed at any time desired by the owner.)

2. You pack it in, you pack it out. Please help keep this park clean.

3. No physical fights or dog fights. ID a fight occurs, both parties are held responsible and will be removed from the park for a year. If you're a member, your membership fees will not be refunded.

4. Dogs must be on a leash at all times and accompanied by their owner.

5. Person of legal drinking age must have an I.D. on them at all times and are subject to provide proof of their age at any given time while at the park.

6. Fires are to be held in burn barrels or fire pits provided. Self-made pits are allowed. NO ground fires are allowed at ANYTIME.

7. No glass in burn barrels or on ground at ANYTIME. Violators will be removed from park for good.

8. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

9. There is ABSOLUTELY NO PLAYING in this park unless you have signed a waiver.

10. The speed limit is 10MPH at ALL times while on the driveway or roads in the park. (Trails and courses not included.)


All park entrants must sign a Waiver for Release of Responsibility. It is available at the park office cabin.
